Throughout my career of supporting women in
relationships and adults through life transitions,
I have uncovered similar patterns and habits that
keep them bound in a cyclical trap they can’t escape.
I created the Connectedness Programs for women in relationships and adults moving through major life transitions. With over 15 years of experience, I’ve developeda process that helps you navigate change with clarity, confidence, and less struggle. It’s been a gift to witness how quickly clients shift—what once felt like a hard chapter often becomes one of the most empowering seasons of their lives.
Who I Coach
I work with women in relationships and adults navigating life’s big transitions. For over 15 years, I’ve supported clients through major turning points—moments like redefining relationships, going through divorce, changing careers, grieving a loss, or adjusting to an empty nest when the kids move out.
What I’ve seen time and again is that during these seasons of change, people either rediscover themselves in amazing ways or spend years feeling stuck, trying to make sense of circumstances that feel out of their control. My work is all about helping you move through these transitions with purpose—so you can create a life that feels aligned, meaningful, and fully yours.
I love working with adults who are ready to grow, even when it’s hard. They show up, they dig deep, and they come out stronger and more confident, with a renewed sense of clarity and resilience that touches every area of their life. They don’t settle for being stuck, and neither do I.
My passion is helping you find hope, direction, and practical tools to turn change into possibility—so this next chapter becomes one of your best yet.
I’d love to learn more about you and what’s bringing you here. Let’s start the conversation.
I am passionate about coaching adults through
life transitions and women in relationships.
...my favorite part of coaching is watching adults grow through hard challenges that were intended to hold them back -- BUT they were stronger than they knew. Watching an adult struggle with their emotions, circumstances, and/or relationships is challenging. Not because they’re going through it, but because they lack support, hope, encouragement, and tools they need to come out on top. I guarantee you once they have people to connect with to support them through these experiences, they blossom.
